Natural binder Flx

Natural binder Flx is further fine modification and derivative suitable in textile industry for sizing application of yarns with higher counts. It is a very innovative product derived to replace synthetic products in the sizing application.

When used as sizing agent yields good sizing properties and reduces hairiness, provides high strength to the yarn material with high adhesion and improved flexibility. It can be easily compatible with other sizing agents. Viscosity levels shall be altered with wide range of pH levels.

Specially derived to suit and replace synthetic material poly vinyl alcohol for sizing application. Owing to its high cost and synthetic material, Natural binder Flx is a derivative from natural starch base and can still yield the same properties and function of poly vinyl alcohol with improved flexibility and good strength properties even after wash off and desizing.

Natural binder Flx provides with the cushion of economical advantage over synthetic sizing agents and still better strength to the yarn.

Paste Preparation
Take 8% (i.e, 8 kgs of powder with 92 kgs of cold water) of Natural Binder Flx for preparation of paste and add slowly under vigorous stirring using high speed stirrer in to cold water for 30 to 40 minutes. Care should be taken to avoid formation of lumps. For complete swelling of gum particles keep stock paste for about 2 - 4 hours.
